Lady making rice spring bases in Vietnam. This lady was very skill full at her job, every base the same thickness or should I say thinness to perfection. These bases are called bánh tráng are commonly known as rice paper.

They are named differently in various parts of Vietnam. Nem cuốn, Bánh tráng cuốn, or Gỏi cuốn, nem rolls, rice paper rolls and salad rolls in the northern, central, and southern Vietnamese dialect. Vietnamese Spring Roll, summer roll, or salad roll, is a Vietnamese dish traditionally consisting of pork, prawn, vegetables, bún (rice vermicelli), and other ingredients wrapped in the rice paper base.
